Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our grooming products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for any replacement or exchange.
Northern Roots Grooming Co. is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
