Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are shipped from Canada using Canada Post or another reliable carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Northern Roots Grooming Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, or customs clearance.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
