Pricing

Orders & Payments
Orders are processed once payment is received in full. Payments are securely handled through third-party payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not store credit card information.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier. Northern Roots Grooming Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of grooming products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
